About Accent Pieces & Tables
When you choose a coffee table or side unit, it needs to handle daily wear without warping. We use seasoned teak and traditional joinery for every piece, ensuring it stays stable even in humid coastal climates. Because we build these from scratch in our workshop, we can adjust the dimensions, wood type, and finish to suit the exact corner of your living room.
Building for your space
Every accent piece starts with selecting the raw material. Whether you want the rich grain of seasoned teak or the lighter tone of white oak, we work with you to pick a wood that complements your current decor. Our workshop focuses on traditional joinery techniques, which means we avoid quick-fix shortcuts that weaken the structure over time.
Sculptural forms and functionality
Many of our side tables are hand-turned from single blocks of wood, creating unique geometric or organic shapes that function as both furniture and art. If you need a coffee table, we look at the scale of your sofa and the traffic in your room to propose dimensions that fit comfortably. We offer multiple finishes, including natural, walnut, and charcoal black, to match your existing furniture palette.
Customization process
We know that standard, mass-produced sizes rarely fit perfectly. If you see a design you like but need it in a different height, width, or wood finish, we can adjust the blueprints for you. Once you share your requirements, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. We keep you updated as your piece moves from raw lumber to the final polished product in our Oshiwara studio.
