Custom 3-Seater Sofas
Structure & Build
- Frame: Chemically treated and seasoned hardwood structure (Marandi or Neem) for termite resistance.
- Legs: Solid Teak Wood with customizable polish (Walnut, Natural, Dark Oak, or Black PU).
- Dimensions: Standard 3-seater length (approx 6.5 to 7.5 feet). Depth is standard 30-32 inches.
Comfort & Upholstery
- Cushioning: 32-40 Density High Resilience (HR) foam for seat cushions.
- Fabric: Standard catalogue fabrics included (Chenille, Velvet, or Poly-Linen blends).
- Design: Includes piping, basic tufting, or ribbed stitching.
- Exclusions: Premium fabrics (Boucle, pure Linen, Leather) and scatter cushions are charged extra.
- Note: Packing and delivery charges are billed separately.

Craftsmanship & Material
- Wood: Solid CP/Nagpur Teak Wood frame known for durability.
- Weaving: Hand-woven natural cane (Rattan) in square or diamond weave patterns.
- Joinery: Traditional mortise and tenon joinery with no visible exterior screws.
Finish & Details
- Polish: Hand-rubbed oil, Melamine, or PU coating in Natural Teak, Dark Walnut, or Charcoal Black.
- Upholstery: Standard velvet or cotton-blend fabrics for seat pads where applicable.
- Dimensions: Standard accent chair width (approx 22 to 26 inches).
- Note: Minor variations in wood grain and weave tension occur due to manual craftsmanship.

Seating
- Chairs: Set of 6 standard dining chairs.
- Style: Options for full upholstery or cane-back designs.
- Fabric: Standard catalogue seat upholstery included.
- Exclusions: Glass top additions are charged extra.

- Frame: Solid Teak Wood used for Headboard, Footboard, Side rails, and Posts.
- Mattress Support: 18mm Commercial Ply or Slatted Pine wood base.
- Design: Options for Four-Poster, Cane-paneled headboards, or Live-edge slabs.
Finish & Assembly
- Polishing: Multi-layer sanding with PU or Melamine finish.
- Hardware: Knock-down mechanism allowing the bed to be dismantled for transport.
- Warranty: 5-year provider warranty against structural manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Mattress, bedside tables, and storage drawers.
