About Storage & Consoles
Whether it is a media console for your living room or a sideboard for your entryway, I build these using solid teak frames that are built to last. Every unit includes functional touches like soft-close hinges and, if you need it, built-in cable management cut-outs for your electronics.
Built for Daily Use
When I design a storage piece, my priority is structural integrity. I use a solid teak wood main frame with turned or tapered legs to ensure the piece stays sturdy for years. For the top and side panels, I use high-grade commercial plywood with matching teak veneer, which prevents the warping you often see with cheaper materials in humid Indian climates.
Customization Details
- Front Facade: I use hand-woven natural cane (rattan) sandwiched in wooden frames. It adds texture while keeping the unit breathable.
- Hardware: I don't compromise on the internal mechanics. I use reliable brands like Ebco or Godrej for soft-close hinges and telescopic drawer channels, so your drawers and doors operate smoothly.
- Finishes: You can choose from Natural Teak, Walnut, Dark Walnut, or Charcoal Black. Whether you want a mid-century modern look or something minimalist, the finish is tailored to your interior.
- Adaptability: Need specific dimensions? I can adjust the width, add shelves, or include specific cable management cut-outs for your TV setup.
Every piece comes with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it is in my workshop, it is built to perform, not just to look good.
