Our Team and Design Culture

When you visit our studio in Mahalakshmi Puram, you will not find a rigid corporate hierarchy. You will find sketches pinned to walls, intense discussions about volume play, and a shared obsession with how light hits a surface at 4 PM. We believe that a building’s character is a direct reflection of the energy of the people who designed it.

Whether we are detailing the joinery for a traditional tiled roof or calculating the structural load for a double-height living room, we work as a single unit. This collaborative approach allows us to maintain design fidelity from the first concept sketch to the final site visit. We do not simply hand off drawings; we stay involved during concrete pouring and facade finishing to ensure the team's vision is never lost in translation.

Our team culture thrives on a balance of technical rigour and creative freedom. By staying connected, both at the drafting table and during our team outings, we maintain the fresh perspective needed for vernacular architecture and contemporary design alike. It is this shared commitment that allows us to name our projects 'Hongirana' or 'Isha-Vaasyam', as each one represents the collective effort of everyone on our floor.
