Modern Architectural Exteriors

I design modern homes as a play of volumes, using bold lines, exposed concrete, wood, and glass. Each facade is crafted to be climate-responsive, interacting with the sun and landscape to create a dynamic presence.

Vernacular Homes: The Courtyard Tradition

I find inspiration in traditional Karnataka architecture, creating homes centered around open courtyards. These spaces use earthy colors, tiled roofs, and natural ventilation to feel rooted, timeless, and connected to our heritage.

Signature Interiors: Open Plans & Textures

I focus on creating fluid, open-plan living spaces where the kitchen, dining, and living areas blend seamlessly. My designs emphasize a rich mix of materials like marble, wood, and concrete, complemented by statement staircases and layered lighting.

Details in Light & Shadow

I believe architecture comes alive through the interplay of light and shadow. I use skylights, pergolas, and carefully placed openings to sculpt spaces, creating dramatic effects and connecting the interiors with the natural rhythms of the day.

From Sketch to Structure

Every finished home begins as a concept, an idea that is refined through sketches and drawings before taking shape in concrete and steel. This collection offers a glimpse into my design process, from initial renders to the raw, sculptural beauty of a building under construction.

Our Team & Culture

Architecture is a collaborative art. Every project is the result of the passion, dedication, and teamwork of our entire crew at Maya Architects.
