My 20 Years of Fitness Expertise
Building a community at Rhythmic Feet for two decades means my training is backed by serious practice. Here is a look at the certifications and milestones that define my work.
I am certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. This certification reflects my commitment to providing professional and high quality instruction.
I was honored to receive this Certificate of Appreciation for my work as a Woman Entrepreneur. Building a business around my passion for fitness has been an incredible journey.
Another look at my Women Entrepreneur award. I am proud to be recognized for my contributions to the fitness community and my work as a business owner.
Celebrating a huge milestone: 20 years in the fitness industry. This event was a wonderful opportunity to thank my clients, guests, and supporters who have been part of my journey.
It was an honor to be invited as a Chief Guest at the Rhythmic Feet Fitness and Dance Academy's 20th Annual Day. I believe in supporting and celebrating others in the fitness community.
About Credentials & Milestones
When you train with me, you are getting more than just a workout. My Yoga Certification Board accreditation ensures that every stretch, posture, and flow we do in class is technically sound and safe for your body, grounded in two decades of hands-on experience in Koramangala.
I started Rhythmic Feet to make fitness accessible and fun, and 20 years later, that goal remains exactly the same. Achieving recognition as a Woman Entrepreneur has been a highlight, but for me, the real awards are the people who walk into my studio as strangers and leave as part of our fitness family.
My approach combines years of technical learning with the reality of what actually keeps people motivated. From working with IAS officers and actors to helping everyday folks reach their personal goals, I have seen what works. I rely on a mix of strength training, dance fitness, and posture correction because bodies are different and your routine should be too.
My certifications are a promise to you that I take your health seriously. Whether we are doing Zumba, Pilates, or high-intensity interval training, I apply the same rigour I have built over my career. I am not about quick fixes, but about building a sustainable, energetic lifestyle. When you join a session, you are not just signing up for a gym class; you are joining a 20-year journey of movement, sweat, and community.
