Our Hand-Painted Mural Process
People often ask how we turn a blank wall into a story. This is a peek into our process—from the initial sketches on the floor to that final brushstroke on the scaffolding.
Here are some moments of us at work. Whether we are on a ladder, on the floor, or working side-by-side, this is what it looks like when we get our hands dirty to make blank walls come alive.

About Our Artistic Process
We don't just jump into painting; we start with a conversation and a digital sketch to get the layout right. Whether we are sketching freehand or using a projector for precision, we ensure every element—from the switchboard integration to the final varnish—is handled with care before we even pick up the brush.
Our process is simple but deeply personal. It begins with a chat about your space. Whether it is a cozy pooja corner or a bustling cafe, we need to understand the vibe you are after. We provide digital drafts so you can see how the mural sits on your specific wall, including how we plan to integrate functional elements like switchboards or fuse boxes into the design.
When we arrive to paint, it is usually just me and my husband, Supraj. We set up our supplies, check our references, and start sketching directly onto the wall. Depending on the complexity, we might use a projector for outline precision or just go freehand for that organic, artistic flow. We use high-quality materials like Asian Paints Royale for a finish that lasts.
The best part? Seeing the reaction. Whether it is a tropical forest in a restaurant or a traditional temple gopuram, watching a blank surface turn into something alive is why we do this. We are comfortable working on heights, tight corners, and even rough textures. If you have a wall that feels too difficult, that is exactly the one we want to paint.
Mannki Art
I’m Sharanya, and I’m happiest when my hands are covered in paint. My husband Supraj and I believe every wall has a story waiting to be told, and we love being the ones to tell it. We aren't a big factory; it's just us, some brushes, and a shared love for making spaces feel like home.
