My Personal Asana Practice
People see these poses and think yoga is about flexibility. It is not. My personal practice is about testing my own biomechanics and discipline. Here is how I stay grounded.

About My Personal Asana Practice
I weigh 95 kilos and do not fit the lean yoga influencer mold, and that is exactly the point. In my practice, you will see me working through arm balances and inversions not to show off, but to maintain my own strength and joint health. This is how I live what I teach. Before you reach out, understand that I do not offer fitness classes or aesthetic training. My focus is strictly on clinical therapy and biomechanical integrity.
Why I practice this way: Yoga is often marketed as a way to sculpt a beach body or achieve Instagram-famous flexibility. I reject that completely. My personal asana practice is a laboratory of sorts. Whether I am holding a handstand or working through a hip opener, I am looking for structural alignment, not a photo opportunity.
The Role of Asanas in Therapy: I use these movements to understand how the body responds to stress and gravity. When I teach you, I am drawing from the data I gather from my own body. If I cannot explain the mechanics of a movement without using a prop, I do not teach it. This is why you see me practicing with just a mat, sometimes with my dogs running around.
What to expect from my sessions:
- No gimmicks: You will not find face yoga or kundalini activation here.
- Clinical focus: My methods are rooted in therapeutic principles. If you have a herniated disc, chronic back pain, or joint stiffness, we address that.
- Online accessibility: I train people globally. We use verbal cues to build proprioception so you do not rely on me being physically present to correct your form.
Shraddha (faith) is mandatory. If you are looking for a quick fix to lose five kilos in a week, you are in the wrong place. But if you are ready to put in the work to fix your internal health, let’s talk.
