Most people chase numbers and lose the technique. When we train, we focus on the squeeze and the control. I will make you drop the weight if your form slips, because building muscle is about activation, not just moving heavy iron from A to B. If you are serious about fixing your posture and depth, we will do it right.
I treat every session like it is a make-or-break rep. If you have spent months in the gym without seeing changes, it is usually because you are ego lifting. I strip that back. We focus on heavy compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses, but we prioritize biomechanics above all else.
If your posture is off, you simply are not hitting the right muscle fibers. I record your working sets, we review the footage, and I fix your grip, stance, and depth on the spot. We are building a foundation of strength that lasts. Whether you are training with me at Muscle Tech Fitness in Chikkabanavara or following my remote programming, the intensity stays the same. My training philosophy is discipline over motivation. Anyone can start a program for a week, but showing up when you are tired, sore, and busy is where the real transformation happens. We do not do quick fixes or shortcut training. We put in the work, we track the progress, and we get stronger every single week.
