It is not just about counting reps and hitting PRs. It is about the mindset you bring to the floor and the community you build along the way. Here is my take on the gym life.

Bringing some "Thallumaala" energy to the gym. This video shows the different kinds of "hits" we do: chest hits, tricep hits, wing hits, and of course, the final leg day hit.

A little gym humor for you. Some sports require one ball, but my sport requires two massive plates on each side of the barbell.

My one true love is the gym. This was my Valentine's Day tribute, because the iron never lies and the gains are forever.

About The Gym Life: Fun & Philosophy

Some days, training is about hitting a new PR on the deadlift. Other days, it is about keeping the mood light because if you are not having fun, you will not stick with it. I bring the 'Thallumaala' energy to Muscle Tech Fitness in Chikkabanavara, where we train with absolute focus but never take ourselves too seriously.
