About Fun with Gymnastics

Our gymnastics sessions are less about rigid training and more about building core strength while laughing on our crash mats. We skip the heavy apparatus, focusing entirely on floor work like rolls, cartwheels, and backbends, so your child feels supported and safe. I personally guide every move, making sure even the shiest kids feel like the main character in the studio.

Why We Do Floor Gymnastics

Most kids have heaps of energy, and we just give them a place to channel it properly. Our weekend batches in Kalkaji are strictly floor-based. There are no balance beams or uneven bars to intimidate anyone. Instead, we use yoga mats, crash mats, and resistance bands to teach the basics—forward rolls, supported handstands, and backbends.
