Cricket is won with basics, not shortcuts. I help you perfect your stance, grip, and weight transfer so you play every shot with control and power.

Top hand training is very important. Here, I'm using a simple drill to make the player focus on using their top hand, which gives control and power to all your shots.

This is a weight transfer drill. Proper weight transfer is crucial for generating power and playing shots effectively on both the front and back foot.

Hand-eye coordination is critical. This drill forces the batter to watch the ball closely onto the bat, improving their reaction time and connection.

A simple but effective weight transfer drill. I'm ensuring the player gets their weight forward into the shot, a fundamental part of playing drives correctly.

More top hand training. I always say this is important for every batter because your top hand is what guides the bat and controls the direction of your shots.

This is a weight transfer training drill. I'm working with the player to make sure their body weight moves correctly with the shot, which is essential for balance.

Alignment is everything. This drill uses a medicine ball to ensure the batter's entire body, from head to toe, is aligned towards the ball.

A batting process drill focusing on alignment. The player is learning to get their body in the right position before the ball is even delivered.

Working on hand-eye coordination. I use close-in drills to sharpen the player's focus and ensure they are watching the ball right onto the bat.

About The Foundation: Stance, Alignment & Balance

My drills focus on one thing: staying in the line of the ball. We use cone and tire drills to ensure your head, shoulder, and toes are perfectly aligned before you commit to any shot. If your stance feels shaky during net sessions or you are losing balance, this is exactly where we fix it.
