About this collection

I approach every studio session as a collaborative story, focusing on dramatic lighting and deliberate styling to create an editorial look. During our 3-hour sessions, I work closely with you to define the concept, ensuring we use light and shadow to reflect your personal or brand identity rather than just capturing a generic pose.

Photography in a studio environment is about control. By stripping away the variables of an outdoor location, we gain the ability to sculpt light and shadow to serve the specific narrative we are building. Whether we are aiming for high-contrast chiaroscuro or soft, ethereal portraits, my process starts with a clear visual deck and a deep understanding of the character we are portraying.

The Collaborative Process

Great fashion imagery is never a solo act. I work best when I have a team of stylists, makeup artists, and creative directors involved from the start. My studio shoots, whether in Mumbai or Kochi, function as a creative space where we refine the concept, discuss the styling cues, and adjust the lighting until it feels right.

Technical Approach

For portraiture and lookbooks, I use professional strobe setups to ensure precision. For clients who want to be involved in the technical choices, I offer tethered monitoring, allowing us to review shots on a screen in real time. This ensures we nail the composition and mood before we move to the next setup.

Delivering the Vision

My sessions are designed to move beyond traditional headshots. We focus on experimental angles, texture, and movement. If a concept calls for it, I integrate 35mm film or motion blur techniques to add a raw, painterly quality to the final images. Following the shoot, my editing process is focused on color grading that enhances the mood of the story, ensuring the final deliverable feels like a piece of art rather than a simple snapshot.

I split my time between Mumbai and Kochi, always chasing that next concept. For me, photography is about making you feel something through the lens. I live for that moment when the styling, lighting, and mood align perfectly on set.
