I explore narratives through light and texture. My work is not just about clothing, but about defining visual stories that challenge the viewer.

A full-length shot from my 'Chemical Reaction' series, where a model is enveloped in a dramatic, sculptural purple and pink garment. This image captures the project's core idea of fashion representing the fluidity and flamboyance of emotional chemistry.

The title shot for 'Becoming Earth,' a beauty editorial published in ELLE India. This image blends high-fashion makeup with organic elements, exploring a primal metamorphosis that connects humanity back to nature.

A striking portrait from my 'Silhouette' series, using chiaroscuro lighting to carve the model out of the darkness. This high-contrast technique emphasizes the form of the striped suit and the subject's intense gaze, showcasing my love for dramatic light.

An outdoor campaign shot for the fashion label Sazo.in, featuring a model in a vibrant, playful outfit reclining on a rock in a lush, natural setting. This image demonstrates my ability to create a distinctive mood for brand lookbooks.

A beauty and jewelry photograph for Batoki.art, where the model's profile is framed by white lilies against a soft green backdrop. The focus is on the elegant gold earrings and the serene, powerful mood of the composition.

A portrait of a model in a lace top and denim, shot on 35mm film against a simple white backdrop on a city rooftop. The analog texture and direct gaze create a raw, authentic feel that defines my film photography work.

A powerful black and white full-length studio portrait. The strong composition and classic monochrome tones highlight the layered styling of a denim jacket over a long dress, demonstrating a timeless approach to fashion portraiture.

About this collection

Every shoot is a negotiation between the light, the styling, and the person in front of my lens. I do not just capture garments. I work closely with stylists and creative directors to build a conceptual environment, whether that means using chiaroscuro for dramatic silhouettes or 35mm film to capture raw, authentic texture.

My process is rooted in collaboration. Whether I am shooting a high-fashion editorial for a magazine like ELLE or crafting a brand campaign for labels like Sazo.in, I treat the shoot as a two-way creative jam session. I believe the team is everything, and I consistently align with stylists, makeup artists, and models to ensure the final image says exactly what we intended.

The Artistic Process

My technical approach varies based on the story. If a project requires high contrast, I lean into dramatic, moody lighting to carve the subject out of the darkness. Other times, I opt for the tactile, organic quality of 35mm film to embrace grain and light leaks. My goal is to ensure the medium serves the message.

Where I Work

I split my time between Mumbai and Kochi, working in studios and on location. My services range from creative portraits to full-day editorial campaigns. I prefer working with clients who have a defined vision or those who are ready to explore a bold, narrative-driven concept. We start with a 1-hour alignment call to establish the visual deck, ensuring the lighting, posing, and color palette align with your brand ethos before we ever step onto a set.

Why Conceptual Photography Matters

Fashion is a medium for cultural commentary. My work in series like 'From the Pages' or 'Chemical Reaction' is designed to make people think about how imagery shapes our self-perception. If you want images that go beyond basic product photography to define a mood or a story, let's collaborate.
