About Gourmet Desserts & Cakes

Everything I bake, from my flourless chocolate cake to those delicate choux pastries, happens in small batches right in my Lajpat Nagar kitchen. Since I don't use premixes or shortcuts, I usually need a bit of advance notice to source the freshest ingredients and give each dessert the time it needs to turn out just right.

When you order a dessert from me, you are getting something made by hand, not by a machine. My approach to baking is simple: use quality ingredients and give the process the time it deserves. Whether it is the flourless chocolate cake that stays fudgy or the choux pastry that needs to be filled fresh so it stays crisp, there is a lot of heart that goes into each order.
