About Bespoke Event Catering
I handle the entire food setup, from styling the table with fresh flowers to arranging artisanal platters and live stations, so you can spend time with your guests. My focus is always on fresh, small-batch cooking, which means I prefer to limit the guest list to ensure the quality stays consistent with the restaurant-style experience I promise.
When I cater an event, my goal is not just to feed people but to help you create a mood. I trained at the Culinary Institute of America, and I bring that discipline to your home kitchen. For a standard setup, I manage everything from the appetizers—think mushroom galouti kebabs or bite-sized quiches—to the main courses, whether you are leaning towards comforting dal makhani or a fresh continental pasta spread.
Because I make everything from scratch in my Lajpat Nagar studio, I typically need at least a week of lead time for larger events. This allows me to source the best seasonal produce and plan the table styling. If you are hosting at a venue or a home in Delhi NCR, I will need to coordinate a site visit or at least a chat about your space. I can work with your existing serveware if you want a familiar, cozy look, or I can bring my own setup to transform the counter into a display.
I offer everything from high-tea spreads with delicate bonbons to hearty grazing boards loaded with house-made dips like beetroot hummus and pesto. If you have specific dietary needs, just let me know. I do not use premixes or shortcuts, so if you are looking for that mass-produced feel, I might not be the right fit. I prefer the slow, thoughtful way of cooking. It is not always perfect, but it is real, and I hope that comes through in every bite.
