Every menu I put together for a party is different because I do not use fixed meal sets. I prefer talking to you about what you like and then adjusting ingredients to match the season, so you never get a generic or pre-made buffet experience.

How I Build My Menus

I do not believe in set menus that stay the same all year. When you reach out for an event, we start with a conversation about what you actually want to eat. If you loved the Italian pasta from a previous party or want to stick to Indian comfort food, we build the menu around that. I source fresh, seasonal produce to ensure the flavors are exactly as they should be, with no shortcuts or premixes.

Common Questions

• Can I customize dishes? Yes. Everything is made in small batches, so we can tweak spices, dietary needs, or portion sizes easily.
• Where do you serve? I operate out of my studio in Lajpat Nagar and provide delivery and setup services across Delhi NCR.
• How much notice do you need? For small family gatherings, a few days is usually enough. For larger events, please reach out at least a week ahead so I can manage the ingredients and team schedule.
