I am Muskan. This is a collection of my favourite work from the past six years—from live tandoor stations at house parties to elegant sit-down dinners. It is all about the food, the warmth, and the people we have been lucky enough to feed.

We believe in bringing a complete restaurant experience to you. My team and I handle everything, from using your kitchen for the final touches to plating and service, so every dish is hot, fresh, and beautiful. This is how we turn your gathering into an unforgettable feast.

I love being a part of your special moments. This large-format Tiramisu was for a "Just Engaged" party, complete with fresh strawberries and flowers. We can customize our signature desserts to make your celebration even sweeter.

There's nothing like the aroma of a live tandoor at a party. We can set up interactive food stations like this, where guests can enjoy freshly made chicken tikkas and kebabs. It adds a dynamic and delicious element to any event, big or small.

Our cheese and dips platters are perfect for any get-together. This one is overflowing with artisanal cheese balls, creamy dips like our signature pesto and baked brie, assorted crackers, nuts, and fresh fruit. It's a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Presentation is just as important as taste. Here, we've served our fresh avocado sushi on elegant brass plates, garnished with a dollop of spicy mayo. These little details are what make our gourmet catering service feel special.

We had the joy of creating a formal sit-down dinner for a 70th birthday. From the themed table decor to the multi-course meal, we orchestrate elegant dining experiences that allow you to relax and celebrate with your guests.

Everyone asks for my truffle fries recipe, so here it is. We use a double-fry method for that perfect crisp, then finish with truffle salt, a spray of truffle oil, and freshly grated truffle cheese. It’s a simple dish, but when done right, it’s pure comfort.

This is my team. We're a small group, but we put our hearts into every event. From early morning prep to late-night service, we work hard to bring warmth and delicious food to your celebrations. I'm so grateful for them.

When you book us, we do not just drop off food in containers. My team and I move into your kitchen to handle the final plating and reheating. This ensures your appetizers arrive piping hot and the main course is plated exactly as it should look, so you get a full restaurant experience without having to lift a finger during your own party.

My approach to catering is simple: I want your guests to feel like they are dining at a good restaurant, but with the comfort of being at home.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and I apply that training to everything from traditional Indian snacks like Chicken Malai Tikka to international favourites like Rigatoni Alla Vodka and sushi. Because I cook in small batches from scratch, I can adjust the menu to fit the specific vibe of your gathering—whether it is a formal sit-down dinner for a 70th birthday or a casual Diwali party.

How We Work

  • The Kitchen Takeover: We bring our chefs to your venue to manage the finish. This is vital for maintaining the texture of dishes like tempura or ensuring pasta is served at the right temperature.
  • Interactive Stations: We love setting up live counters. Seeing food made fresh, like fresh skewers coming off a hot tandoor, adds energy to the event.
  • Table Styling: Food is visual. We handle the aesthetics—using brass plates, fresh flowers, and thoughtful plating—so the setup looks intentional and inviting.

I started Maistella because I just needed more space to cook and a way to feed people with heart. Everything you see here is made from scratch, and I am usually right there in the kitchen, making sure the truffle fries are crisp and the plating is perfect. This is my dream, served on a plate.
