We created a memorable sit-down dinner for a 70th birthday with a unique "red chilli" theme. This video shows the beautifully decorated long table, the guests enjoying their meal, and the warm, candlelit ambiance.
A comforting bowl of Mapo Tofu with sticky rice, served as one of the main courses. Plated individually, each dish is given the care and attention it deserves.
Our handmade chicken dim sum, plated as an appetizer for a sit-down meal. The presentation on an elegant silver-patterned plate adds a touch of sophistication.
The appetizer course: Mushroom and Truffle Arancini, carefully plated on a swirl of sauce and garnished with microgreens. This is how we bring restaurant-quality plating to your home.
For dessert, we served freshly made churros with strawberries and a rich chocolate dipping sauce. A sweet and satisfying end to a special meal.
