The secret behind our idlis is patience. We skip the soda entirely, relying on natural fermentation to get that 'Malligai Poo' softness that feels like home. When you pair these with our crispy, freshly fried medhu vadas and a side of tangy sambar, you get the kind of simple, comforting breakfast that truly starts your day right.
For over two decades, we have brought the heart of Tamil Nadu to Bangalore. We believe breakfast should be honest, which is why you will never find soda in our idli batter. Our process is labor-intensive, requiring precise fermentation to achieve that signature fluffiness. Whether you are grabbing a quick bite at our Indiranagar outlet or planning a relaxed weekend meal in Koramangala, our quality remains the same.
Our vadas are fried until the exterior is perfectly crunchy, providing a contrast to the soft idlis. We serve them with our trio of house-made chutneys: coconut for sweetness, tomato for tang, and our special gun powder (podi) for that necessary spice kick.
