Athletic excellence is not an accident. At LPN Club, we build the explosive power, agility, and mental toughness required to compete at state and national levels.

Explosive power starts from the ground up. Our plyometric jump training is relentless because we know that a higher vertical jump and quicker feet are what separate good players from great ones.

A glimpse into our comprehensive training regimen at LPN Volleyball Academy Delhi. We combine on-court drills with serious strength and conditioning, including weight training, to build powerful, resilient athletes.

We use every part of our facility for training. Stair jumps are a core part of our plyometric routine to build explosive leg strength and power for higher jumps and quicker movements.

The morning workout is non-negotiable. This montage shows various conditioning drills, including agility ladders, box jumps, and weight training, that our players go through to build a complete athletic profile.

Speed and agility are critical. We use hurdles, cones, and hoops to design complex drills that improve footwork, coordination, and reaction time on the court.

Training should also build team spirit. A competitive game of tug of war is an excellent exercise for building upper body and core strength while fostering teamwork and fighting spirit.

Strength is earned, not given. Our weight training sessions are designed to build the specific muscles needed for powerful serves, spikes, and blocks.

Recovery and flexibility are key to preventing injuries and ensuring longevity in the sport. We incorporate yoga and deep stretching into our routines to keep our athletes' bodies in peak condition.

Battle ropes are fantastic for building upper body endurance and explosive power. This kind of high-intensity workout is essential for maintaining strength throughout a long match.

This drill focuses on improving a player's reaction time and first-step quickness, which is crucial for defensive plays like digs and receives.

We do not believe in shortcuts here. When you train with us, you are not just learning to pass and set. You are committing to a regimen of plyometrics, weight lifting, and agility work that will transform your vertical leap and court endurance.

Our training methodology is designed for the serious athlete. We replace casual drills with high-intensity, position-specific conditioning because we know that match performance is decided long before you step onto the court.

The Science of the Grind We combine traditional volleyball coaching with modern strength science. Our 'Dual-Session Athlete Program' creates a foundation using free weights and barbells in our iron pit, while the outdoor sand courts serve a dual purpose: building leg stability and mimicking the soft-surface impact of competitive play. You will work with agility ladders, hurdles, and medicine balls to increase your explosiveness, ensuring you can out-jump and outlast your opponents.

Training with a Purpose Everything we do has a reason. If you are doing stair jumps, it is to build the vertical power for your spike. If you are doing agility drills, it is to improve the first-step quickness you need for a dig. We do not just run sessions; we track progress.

We train at Laxmi Public School, Anand Vihar, where we utilize our own spiking machines to drill mechanics until they become second nature. This program is not for those looking for a light workout. It is for players who have the junoon to compete for a spot on the Delhi or India team and are willing to put in the honest mehnat to get there.
