About Dance Fitness: Zumba & Aerobics

Our dance fitness sessions are built on the philosophy of 'Fat ko Kat,' where we use high-BPM music and community-driven drills to make cardio feel more like a party than a workout. Whether you are doing Zumba or Step Aerobics, our instructors focus on keeping you moving safely while ensuring you get a solid, calorie-burning routine that fits your energy levels.

Dance fitness is more than just learning choreography; it is about finding a sustainable way to stay active in a city where gyms can often feel intimidating. At our Janakpuri studio, we have created a space where you do not need to be a professional dancer to enjoy the rhythm.

What makes our classes different:
