This is the reality of our health in just one generation. We've moved from active lifestyles and home-cooked meals to being sedentary and dependent on junk food, leading to an explosion of diabetes and chronic disease. My mission is to reverse this trend by bringing us back to real food and true health.

This is what an ideal lunch looks like in my program. A balanced thali with all six tastes, eaten mindfully between 12 PM and 2 PM when your digestion is strongest. It's about nourishing your body with warm, cooked, seasonal food, not just counting calories.

My approach is holistic, built on four pillars. I integrate mindful nutrition with yoga for flexibility and stress reduction, and strength training to build muscle and boost metabolism. This creates a complete system for your long term physical and mental well being.
