Soft wraps, tiny baskets, and that perfect sleepy-cute pose. I use specialized wrapping techniques in my KR Puram studio to keep your little one feeling secure, cozy, and camera-ready.

This classic swaddle keeps the baby snug and content. I styled this shot with a soft lace headband and fresh green leaves for a pure and natural feel.

A cozy baby wrapped snugly in a wooden bowl. The combination of the soft white wrap, the textured fur, and the pop of yellow fabric creates a beautiful, rustic portrait.

A perfect little bundle sleeping soundly. This photo showcases a full body wrap, which is ideal for keeping babies calm and posed beautifully in props like this tiny bed.

This portrait highlights a cozy knit bonnet and a matching wrap. The textures of the woven basket and soft fabrics add depth and warmth to the image.

A simple, clean wrap in a neutral color allows the baby's peaceful expression to be the star. The little feet peeking out at the bottom is one of those details you'll want to remember.

A vibrant purple wrap adds a beautiful pop of color. This baby is awake and alert, showing that wrapped poses are perfect for capturing their curious expressions too.

This baby is fully swaddled and nestled in a heart-shaped bowl. The deep purple wrap and matching flowers create a rich, color-coordinated look.

A simple and elegant wrap in a soft blue fabric. This pose highlights the baby's tiny hands and peaceful sleeping face, all while keeping them securely swaddled.

This swaddling style leaves the baby's feet peeking out, which is an adorable detail to capture. The earthy brown tones of the wrap, bonnet, and basket create a warm, organic feel.

A beautiful bow-style wrap in a lovely pink fabric. I use different wrapping techniques to add variety and style to your gallery, like this one surrounded by bright flowers.

About Wrapped in Love: Swaddled & Cozy

I take great care with the wrapping process, using breathable, soft fabrics to keep your baby secure and cozy. Because babies need to feel safe to stay sleepy, my KR Puram studio is temperature-controlled, creating a warm, womb-like environment that helps me get those peaceful, curled-up poses you see in the gallery.

Swaddling is more than just a technique; it is the foundation of my newborn portrait sessions. When a baby is properly swaddled, they feel protected and secure, which is why we can gently pose them in these peaceful, curled-up positions. In my Bangalore studio, I use high-quality stretch wraps that allow for movement while keeping the baby snug.

The best time for these wrapped portraits is when your baby is between 5 and 20 days old. During this window, they are naturally more flexible and tend to sleep deeper, which is essential for capturing those sleepy-cute moments. If you have missed this initial window, I still offer sessions up to 3 months, though the poses will naturally differ to suit your baby's comfort and developmental stage.

Safety is my absolute priority. I never force a pose. If a baby is not comfortable in a particular wrap or position, we simply move on to something else. I use spotter assistance throughout the shoot to ensure your little one is always safe. Whether it is a classic neutral wrap or a vibrant color with a matching headband, we style every setup to match your aesthetic, focusing on the delicate details like tiny fingers and toes peeking through the fabric.
