About Behind the Scenes & My Promise
Newborns are unpredictable, and that is perfectly okay. My studio sessions are never rushed, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and settling your little one so we can capture those peaceful moments without stress.
When you walk into my KR Puram studio, the pace slows down. I know how precious and fragile those first 20 days are, and my entire process is built around that reality.
Why my studio approach works
- Safety First: I use gentle, supported posing techniques. Your baby's comfort and physical safety are my absolute top priority. I use spotters and high-quality, sanitized props to ensure your little one is secure at all times.
- Baby-Led Timing: We don't work against the clock. If your baby needs a cuddle, a feed, or just a little break to settle, we take it. My job is to capture beauty, and that only happens when your baby feels safe.
- Controlled Environment: My studio is temperature-controlled to mimic the warmth and coziness of a womb. This helps keep babies sleepy and happy, which is the secret behind those iconic, peaceful portraits.
What happens during a session
Before we begin, we have a consultation to match themes with your home decor. Whether you choose a classic wrapped portrait or a high-concept fantasy theme, the goal is always to create a relaxed experience for the whole family. I encourage parents and siblings to join in, turning the session into a gentle, bonding experience rather than a stiff photoshoot. By the time we start, you will know exactly what to expect, and your baby will be in experienced hands.
