About Family & Sibling Love
Capturing an older sibling with a newborn is a delicate dance of patience and play. I guide children to interact gently, keeping the environment calm and playful, so the resulting images show real, unforced affection rather than stiff, uncomfortable poses.
When siblings join a newborn session, the dynamic changes, and that is where the magic happens. My studio in KR Puram is designed to be a safe, comfortable space where older children do not feel pressured to perform. I allocate time specifically for this interaction, often using playful prompts that make siblings feel involved as the protector rather than just a subject for a photo.

My approach to safety
With newborns and toddlers, safety is my priority. I never force a pose. If a sibling is energetic, we work with that energy by letting them hold a prop or sit next to the baby on a beanbag, ensuring the newborn remains secure at all times. I use spotters and high-quality, stable props to ensure everything is physically safe while we capture those fleeting, emotive moments.

For family and sibling collections, I offer longer session durations to account for breaks and comfort. We can mix classic, clean portraits with creative themes if you choose.
