About Join Liger Art Academy
At my Kalkaji studio, I focus on individual growth rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum. If you are unsure which program fits your goals, I recommend booking a demo session first to see how we work, meet other students, and get a feel for my hands-on teaching style.
Whether you are looking for a long-term diploma to build your creative career or a casual weekend class to develop a hobby, my programs are designed to accommodate different levels of commitment.
Programs at Liger Art Academy
- Fine Arts Diploma: This is a serious, two- to three-year commitment for those interested in mastering advanced techniques like hyper-realistic charcoal shading, anatomy studies, and portfolio development for design colleges like NIFT or NID.
- Weekend Foundation Courses: These 90-to-120 minute sessions run every Saturday and Sunday. They are ideal for school students or busy professionals who want to learn the basics of sketching, oil pastels, and watercolors in a relaxed setting.
- Intensive Skill Workshops: If you need to sharpen specific skills, these 7-day workshops focus on one theme at a time, such as portraiture or specific painting mediums. We provide all materials, making this an easy way to dive deep into a new technique.
Our Approach to Learning
I believe art is a practical skill. My studio is air-conditioned with focus lighting, providing a space where you can get away from distractions. You will not find a stiff, academic environment here. Instead, you will find a small group of six to ten students, allowing me to provide direct critique and technique correction.
Every student starts with a solid foundation in line practice and shape understanding, moving toward personal projects that reflect their own creative interests. We keep the atmosphere collaborative, meaning you learn from the work happening around you as much as you learn from my instruction.
