The Project BUIDL Approach
Our 6-week program focuses on Strength and Conditioning. You get 3 to 5 supervised sessions per week, depending on your goal. We cap our group sessions at 15 to 25 members, or you can opt for our semi-private 1:4 format for extra focus on biomechanics and form.
