A strong foundation is key to flying high. We incorporate essential mat-based exercises to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. These ground-based movements prepare our students for more advanced aerial work.
About Building Strength & Confidence
One thing you will often hear us say in class is, 'Chalo, ab hum log fabric ko hold karenge!' (Come on, let's hold the fabric now!). It is our way of guiding your child one step at a time, removing the pressure of perfection. In this space, we focus on the small, daily wins because we know that when a child masters a new grip or holds their first inversion, the boost in their confidence is immediate and genuine.
Aerial yoga is a journey, not just a workout. While the flips and swings look like play, they are carefully structured movements designed to build core stability and upper body strength that traditional fitness classes often miss. At our studio in DLF Phase 1, we see this transformation happen weekly. A child who arrives hesitant to leave the floor often ends up mastering the Cocoon pose or a basic swing within a few sessions.
This growth goes beyond physical agility. It is about emotional regulation and developing a sense of body awareness. Our sessions for children aged 8 to 14 are designed to be a sanctuary where they feel safe to wobble, fall, and rise again. We use a syllabus that moves from floor-based warm-ups to full suspension, ensuring that each child is ready for the next level of challenge.
Safety is our priority. Every class is small, with 6 to 10 students, allowing us to provide hands-on spotting for every participant. We use high-density crash mats under our rigging points to ensure that if a child does tumble, they are caught in a soft, safe environment. Whether your child is naturally athletic or someone who is just looking to find their footing, we create a space where they can thrive.
