About this collection
Most brownies you buy are all flour and sugar, but my recipe is built on melted Belgian chocolate, not cocoa powder. This creates that dense, fudgy core that actually holds up when I ship it across the country, so you get the same quality in Mumbai or Bangalore as you would at my studio in Delhi.
I don’t believe in cheap thrills. If you are looking for mass-produced, stale cookies, you won't find them here. My kitchen focuses on heavy, generous portions because that is the only way to treat ingredients like real butter and imported chocolate.
The Collection Breakdown
- NY-Style Cookies: These aren't your thin, crispy grocery store biscuits. My cookies are soft-baked, weighing in at 80g-100g each, packed with chunky inclusions like Belgian chocolate and unique flavour pairings that change with my mood.
- The Brookie: This is for the confused indecisive snacker. You get the crunch of a cookie on the outside and a deep, fudgy brownie centre in one bite. It’s messy, it’s rich, and it’s one of my most requested items.
- Artisanal Brownies: I bake these with melted chocolate, not cocoa, which is why they stay moist for days. Whether it's the Billionaire Brownie loaded with chocolate chips or a classic fudge variant, these are designed to travel well.
How I Ship
These items are my 'durable' range, specifically formulated to survive a courier journey. I pack them in individual, food-grade pouches and rigid hard-board gift boxes so they don't arrive as crumbs. Whether you are sending a gift for a festival or just stocking up for your own weekend cravings, my process ensures that when you open the box, the quality is still there.
