My brownies are strictly fudgy—no cakey texture here. I use pure couverture chocolate and dairy butter, which makes them rich but also temperature-sensitive. If you are ordering for an event or a long commute in Delhi, let me know, and I will pack them with extra care to ensure they stay perfect until they reach you.

Why My Brownies Are Different

Most commercial brownies use cocoa powder and vegetable oil, but I stick to pure couverture chocolate and real dairy butter. That is the secret behind the dense, gooey texture that my customers love. Since I don't use stabilizers, every batch is made to order, ensuring you get that fresh-from-the-oven quality every time.

Ordering & Travel

I bake out of my home kitchen in Shalimar Bagh. Because I work in small batches, I recommend placing your order at least a few hours in advance, especially for larger quantities. If you are in Delhi-NCR, I can arrange for delivery. These brownies are travel-friendly, but during Delhi summers, I advise keeping them in a cool spot or the fridge to maintain their shape.
