My Nandi menu is a heartfelt thank you to my Malayali clients. Think traditional Kerala flavours turned into unique eggless treats, all made fresh right here in Whitefield.

My version of the classic Butter Bun, but baked instead of fried. These soft buns are filled with a sweet, creamy frosting and are an absolute treat.

About this collection

Most of these festive bakes are 100% eggless, but I had to make one exception for the Egg Roast Puff Pie. The flaky, homemade puff pastry and the rich, aromatic masala filling were just impossible to get right without real eggs, so that is the only item on this menu that is not egg-free.

Why I created this menu

I did my university and pastry training surrounded by Malayali energy, and over the years, my Malayali clients have become my biggest supporters. They constantly push me to try new things and have been the inspiration behind some of my favourite flavours. This collection is my way of saying 'Nandi' (thank you) to all of them.

The Bakes

I have reimagined classic Kerala flavours into fresh, eggless treats:

  • Unniappam-inspired Bundt Cakes: These capture that iconic banana and jaggery flavour profile, but in a soft, mini tea-cake format. They are bite-sized and perfect for sharing.
  • Masala Biscuits: These are my savoury go-to. I spent weeks fine-tuning this eggless recipe to get that specific crunch, flavoured with shallots and garlic. Warning: you might hide the jar from yourself!
  • Baked Butter Buns: A nostalgic treat, made my way—baked, not fried—with a creamy frosting that feels like a guilty pleasure without all the oil.
  • Lamingtons: A returning favourite, these soft cake squares coated in chocolate and coconut are always a hit.

Freshly Baked in Whitefield

Everything you see here is baked fresh in my Whitefield kitchen for your order. I avoid deep-frying entirely, keeping to my 'Baked Not Fried' promise even for traditionally fried snacks. Because I make everything from scratch, I do need a little lead time to get your order ready for delivery across Bangalore. If you are planning a celebration, just let me know a few days in advance!
