My buttercream is intentionally less sweet, which means you actually taste the flavour, not just a sugar rush. Why my bakes taste different
Everything I make is 100% eggless. I swapped oil for butter to get a superior texture, and I constantly tweak my recipes to ensure the buttercream does not overpower the sponge. If you are ordering a cake tub, that 300g portion is designed to be the perfect single-serve treat, allowing for intricate vector-style portrait piping that you typically only see on full-sized cakes.

I treat these as individual projects. Since everything is baked fresh to order, I can give each one the attention it needs. Since I am a home baker, I do not have a display case with ready-made stock. Everything is made for you, from scratch. If you are planning a celebration, reach out early. This helps me manage my 'mad scientist' experiments and ensures your dessert arrives fresh, whether it is a box of assorted doughnuts or an edible bread bouquet.
