End-to-End Wedding Planning (Delhi NCR)
Scope of Management
- Vendor Ecosystem Management: Scouting, vetting, and negotiating with 10-12 key vendors (Makeup Artists, Caterers, Photographers). Note: Third party vendor costs are paid by client at actuals.
- Budget Structuring: Detailed excel tracking of expenses with 'Save vs Splurge' advice to keep costs within the total wedding budget.
- Itinerary Design: Minute-by-minute run-of-show for all functions (Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding) to ensure events start on time.
On-Ground Execution
- Dedicated Shadows: 1 dedicated assistant each for the Bride and Groom on main days to handle personal needs and hydration.
- Logistics Handling: Managing guest transport (car rentals/buses) between hotel and venue within NCR.
- Hospitality Desk: Setting up a help desk at the hotel lobby for guest check-ins and hamper distribution.
- Crisis Management: Handling on-spot issues like wardrobe malfunctions, power failures, or crowd control.
Themed Decor & Production (Per Major Function)
Design & Fabrication
- Thematic Concepts: Custom design execution based on themes like 'Whimsical Fairytale' or 'Boho Luxury' including mood boards and 2D sketches.
- Stage & Structures: Fabrication of main stage backdrops (approx 12ft x 24ft) using wooden frames, printed flex, or laser-cut foam/acrylic elements.
- Floral Artistry: Strategic mix of fresh local blooms (Marigolds, Tuberoses) for touch-points and high-quality artificial silk florals for ceiling installations.

- Lighting Design: Architectural lighting (Par cans, washers) to color-wash the venue plus decorative elements like chandeliers or fairy light tunnels.

- Arrival & Departure: Coordinating airport/station transfers and managing check-in/check-out to prevent hotel counter congestion.

Remote Execution
- Venue Recon: Technical recce of the destination venue prior to the event to map out power supply and decor feasibility.
- Guest Experience: Curation and placement of welcome hampers in rooms and managing 'Help Desks' in the hotel lobby.
- Production Oversight: Supervising local labor and setup teams in the destination city to ensure the design approved in Delhi is executed accurately.
