Standard 2D Theme & Balloon Decor
Core Stage & Backdrop
- Backdrop Structure: 10ft x 8ft main backdrop constructed using printed flex stretched on a wooden frame or a circular ring setup with fabric cover.
- Theming Elements: 4 to 6 sunboard (foam board) cutouts of characters standing 3ft to 5ft tall with easel stands.
- Balloon Art: Premium organic balloon arch (approx. 1000 to 1500 balloons) using chrome, pastel, and double stuffed balloons.
- Cake Station: Set of 3 cylindrical metal or acrylic plinths customized with theme relevant graphics.
Ambience & Lighting
- Stage Lighting: 6 to 8 LED PAR cans to wash the backdrop with color.
- Flooring: Basic carpet or rug for the cake cutting area only.
- Signage: One personalized neon sign or acrylic laser cut name mounted on the backdrop.
Entrance
- Welcome Display: Welcome easel board with personalized print and small balloon cluster.
- Gate Decor: Standard balloon semi arch or square frame at the venue door.
Premium 3D Fabrication & Immersive Decor
Grand Stage Fabrication
- 3D Structure: Custom fabrication (16ft to 24ft wide) using plywood, styrofoam, and fiber carving to create 3D themes like Castles or Carousels.
- Premium Props: Life size fiber or wooden props such as carousel horses, carriages, or giant butterflies.
- Floral Styling: Dense arrangements of high quality artificial flowers used in stage headers and pillars.
- Flooring: Customized printed vinyl (flex) flooring for the stage area to match the backdrop design.
Immersive Walkway
- Entrance: Tunnel style entrance or defined walkway with trussing, drapes, and hanging elements.
- Passage Decor: 4 to 6 themed pillars or cutouts lining the walkway leading to the main hall.
Venue Detailing
- Centerpieces: Themed centerpieces for up to 10 guest tables.
- Ceiling: Scalloped draping or chandelier clusters in the center of the hall (if venue permits).
- Lighting: Professional truss lighting setup with moving heads and washes.

- Seating Setup: Decorative love seat, sofa, or swing (Jhula) accessorized with themed cushions and bolsters.
Traditional Props
- Aesthetic Elements: Usage of brass Urlis with floating candles, tall brass lamps, or Moroccan lanterns.
- Signage: Gold acrylic or neon signage mounted on the backdrop or floral frame.
Foyer & Photo Op
- Photobooth: A dedicated floral ring or decorated frame (7ft height) for guest photos.
- Welcome Board: Mirror writing welcome sign or floral framed easel.
