In-Office Themed Activation Setup
Themed Installations & Kiosks
- Custom Stalls: Setup of 3-4 themed kiosks (approx. 6ft x 3ft each) made of wooden framing with premium vinyl branding and canopy styling (scalloped fabric or wooden eaves).
- Feature Backdrop: One main photo-op backdrop (8ft x 8ft) featuring a masked wooden frame with thematic cladding (faux wood paneling, green wall, or flex prints).
- Props: Detailed propping on shelves including items like jute sacks, artificial floral arrangements, vintage props, and thematic cutouts.
Branding & Signage
- Signage: One custom neon-style LED sign or 3D acrylic cut-out for the event title.
- Stationery: Printed easel boards (x2) for menus and small tabletop tent cards for counters.
Lighting & Logistics
- Lighting: 6-8 LED Par cans (Warm White/Amber) to highlight the stalls and backdrop.
- Execution: On-site management for setup (night before or early morning) and dismantle.

Seating & Structures
- Lounge Clusters: 8-10 sets of low-seating pallets with colorful rugs, plush cushions, and low center tables.

- Audio: Basic sound setup with 2 JBL Top speakers and a mixer for background music.
- Supervision: Full layout supervision and coordination with the venue for power and clearance.

Stage & Backdrop
- Main Stage: Carpeted stage (approx. 24ft x 12ft) suitable for awards and speeches.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered design using printed flex on wooden frames, raised 3D foam branding, and integrated LED strip lighting.
- Visuals: Standard LED TV screens (55-65 inch) on stands or integrated into the backdrop for static loops.
Lighting & Atmosphere
- Truss System: T-stand or Box truss setup equipped with professional gear including 16-20 LED Pars, 4-6 Moving Head Sharpies, and Blinders.
- Dining Decor: Satin or organza chair sashes, premium table runners, and candelabra centerpieces.
Entrance & Engagement
- Grand Entrance: 20ft Red carpet walkway flanked by velvet rope barricades and a themed entrance arch.
- Photo Zone: High-engagement zone such as a walk-in Magazine Cover box or Shimmer Wall with Neon signage.
Technical
- Sound: Line Array sound system (JBL VRX or similar) with cordless microphones and digital mixer.
