When setting up an outdoor picnic, the biggest challenge is not the decor, but the layout. We map out flow and shade well before you arrive, ensuring those floor cushions and low-seating pallets stay comfortable and away from high-traffic catering zones.
Setting up a picnic on a lawn sounds simple, but in Delhi NCR, it requires a logistical game plan. We treat these outdoor dates like mini-productions. If you are planning an event for 50 or 70 guests, we don't just throw down some mats. Our process starts with venue coordination for power and clearance, then moves to our primary structural work.
We typically deploy our outdoor packages with 8 to 10 sets of low-seating pallets and comfortable cushions, paired with wooden picnic benches for those who prefer dining at height. To manage the sun and define your space, we install truss cabanas draped in sheer, flowy fabrics.
We prioritize flow. Catering stations, like our tented stalls with patterned skirting, are placed to prevent bottlenecks near the seating clusters. For that 'Instagram' factor you see in our photos, we design custom engagement zones—vintage telephones for 'love emergencies' or heart-shaped pathways that actually lead guests toward the main event area. If you need sound, our basic outdoor setup handles the background music with JBL speakers, keeping the volume perfect for mingling without overpowering the conversation. We handle the dismantle, the last-minute weather adjustments, and the chaos, so you only see the result.
