About this collection
For our coffee-themed festivals, we don't just set up a stall. We build custom wooden kiosks, install dedicated neon signage, and style interactive tasting stations that turn a standard office lobby into a full-scale festival experience. Our Approach to Corporate Festivals
We treat every office activation as a story. Whether it is a rustic coffee fest or a colorful seasonal mango fest, we look at the logistics first. We design 8x8ft feature backdrops using masked wooden frames and faux wood paneling to define the space. Our kiosks (approx. 6ft x 3ft) are custom-built with premium vinyl branding and canopy styling to house the activities.
Technical and Logistics Management
We know that corporate events often run on tight schedules. We coordinate the entire site layout, including the setup of 6-8 LED Par cans to highlight key areas and the installation of custom LED neon signage. We handle the load-in and the final dismantle, so your office remains functional before and after the event.
Customization for Your Brand
- Signage & Stationery: We create custom 3D acrylic cut-outs and printed easel boards for menus or interactive zones.
- Interactive Decor: We use themed props—from jute sacks and books to themed cutouts—to layer the design.
- Staging: For larger awards or festival stages, we offer platforms up to 24x12ft with full truss systems for sound and lighting.
