About Packed Fresh, Shipped to You
Because we make these in small batches, please expect a slight waiting time before dispatch. We don't keep inventory sitting in a warehouse. When you place an order, my mom and I start the process—sourcing, cutting, and mixing—specifically for your jar. This ensures the oil and spices are perfectly balanced when they reach you, with no stale stock or preservatives hiding inside.

We pack everything in glass jars with air-tight seals to ensure the flavour remains intact during transit. While we are based in Mira Road, Mumbai, we ship these fresh batches all over India. Yes, the shipping takes a little longer than a giant e-commerce warehouse, but you are getting a product that is actually made by hand, not by a machine.
Customization & Dietary Needs
Need Jain-friendly pickles without onion or garlic? We handle that in a separate, dedicated production run to avoid any cross-contamination. If you have specific dietary needs, just send us a message before you order. We believe in keeping it transparent—no hidden ingredients, no palm oil, and no artificial colours. Just proper Punjabi chatkara that tastes like it came straight from your own kitchen.
