About Dance for Fitness
You don't need a background in dance to walk into my studio. My classes are structured around simple, repetitive counts—‘One, two, three, four... aage aao’—so you’re focused on the rhythm rather than perfecting your form. Whether you’re coming in after a long workday or just looking to move, the goal is simple: sweat, laugh, and leave the stress behind.
I’ve built these sessions for everyone, from beginners with two left feet to those who just want a high-energy alternative to a treadmill. We don’t do boring gym drills. Instead, we move through a mix of high-BPM Bollywood tracks, Zumba-style cardio, and Bhangra beats that keep your heart rate up without it feeling like work.
What happens in a session?
- Dynamic Warm-ups: We get the blood flowing to high-energy music.
- Choreographed Cardio: I break down the latest hook steps from Bollywood hits so you’re learning actual dance moves while burning calories.
- Cool Downs: We wrap up with stretches to ensure you leave feeling energized, not exhausted.
We operate out of professional studios like Xtreem Fitness in Noida, featuring wooden flooring and mirrors. My batches are kept to 10-15 people, which means I can actually watch your form and help you get the steps right. If you’re shy about dancing in a crowd, I also offer private 1-on-1 sessions at your home, where we build a custom playlist based on the music you actually enjoy.
You’ll find my classes are a mix of intense focus and a total party atmosphere. It’s not about doing it perfectly; it’s about doing it consistently. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to sweat.
