Strength, Agility & Conditioning Classes in Delhi
To be a true martial artist, you need a solid athletic base. We use functional fitness—tire flips, rope climbs, and agility drills—to build the raw power and endurance you actually need in the ring.
We build complete athletes. Our training combines striking practice on the heavy bag with functional strength exercises like rope climbing. This ensures kids develop not just technique, but also the physical power and endurance needed to excel.
Martial arts isn't just about fighting; it's about athleticism. We incorporate gymnastics and agility training into our kids' program to build coordination, balance, and explosive power. Here, a student practices a backflip, a skill that builds confidence and body control.
This is a high intensity agility and wrestling drill session. I push the students with commands for sprawls, rolls, and cartwheels to improve their reaction time, endurance, and ground movement, which are crucial skills for MMA.
Tire flips are a fantastic exercise for developing full body strength and explosive power. We teach the proper form and scale the exercise for our students to ensure they build strength safely.
No rest days. Even on a Sunday, our students are here putting in the work. This conditioning circuit includes battle ropes, tire jumps, and medicine ball slams to build the stamina required for a fight.
Agility drills are a core part of our warm ups. Here, students work on tire jumps and ladder drills to improve their footwork, speed, and coordination.
Our gymnastics training includes a variety of exercises to improve overall athleticism. This student is practicing flips and jumps over obstacles, which builds confidence and spatial awareness.
This video shows some of the functional fitness exercises we use in our training, including medicine ball slams, kettlebell swings, and box jumps. I adapt these same movements for our kids' classes to build their athletic base.
Strength training is for everyone. Here, a student performs dumbbell rows, an exercise we use to build back and arm strength. We ensure all our students, including girls, are comfortable and confident with weight training.
About Strength, Agility & Conditioning
Forget fancy machines and air-conditioned treadmills. At our Mukherjee Nagar gym, we build grit with heavy ropes, truck tires, and medicine balls. Whether you are a kid learning body control or a pro fighter working on explosive power, our conditioning circuits are designed to push your limits, not just your ego. If you can climb that rope, you are ready for anything.
Conditioning is the silent killer in any fight. You can have the best technique, but if you gas out in the second round, you lose. That is why our approach at Knockout MMA isn't about looking good—it is about performance.
Why Functional Fitness?
We train for real-world movement. Combat sports require explosive power, rapid reaction times, and the ability to keep going when your muscles are burning. We replicate these demands by:
- Tire Flips & Rope Climbs: Building raw, full-body strength that translates directly into grappling and takedown defense.
- Agility Ladders & Drills: Sharpening footwork and spatial awareness, essential for both striking and evading.
- Medicine Ball Circuits: Training your core for the torque needed to throw heavy punches and knees.
Tailored for Everyone
We don't use a 'one-size-fits-all' plan. Our Ninja Kids program uses the same fundamental movements—scaled down—to develop coordination, discipline, and confidence before they even step into the ring. For our competitive fighters, the intensity ramps up significantly. We integrate BJJ ground game transitions, clinch work, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that mimics the energy output of a real fight round.
The 'Knockout' Difference
When you join our sessions, you are not just a member; you are part of the team. Our mats are the place where national champions and total beginners sweat side-by-side. We push each other, we correct the small mistakes, and we finish every session stronger than we started. No rest days, just work.
