From their first punch to earning their first belt, we teach kids discipline, form, and how to stand tall. Join our Ninja Kids program in Mukherjee Nagar.

"Left hand se block karo, right hand se punch maaro." This is a typical karate class where I guide the kids through basic block and punch combinations. Repetition and clear instruction are how we make sure the technique becomes second nature.

Discipline starts early. In our Ninja Kids program, even the youngest students learn to practice their punches with focus and power. I teach them to keep their form clean and their energy high, building a strong foundation for karate and boxing.

One on one attention is key. I work closely with each child on their boxing fundamentals, like in this mitt work session. We focus on getting the basics right, ensuring every punch and block is correct before we build speed and power.

Heavy bag work is essential for developing power and proper striking mechanics in boxing. Here, a young student practices his combinations, learning to put his whole body into each punch.

We mix different disciplines to create well rounded martial artists. This drill combines shadow boxing to improve footwork and striking with wrestling sprawls to build defensive reflexes.

Earning a belt is a big milestone that gives kids a goal to work towards. Here is a group of our students who have just earned their yellow belts, a testament to their hard work and dedication.

I personally award each certificate during our belt promotion ceremonies. It is important to recognize and celebrate every step of a student's journey in martial arts.

Congratulations to another one of our dedicated students on her yellow belt promotion. Consistent training and a positive attitude are the keys to progress here at Knockout.

About From Basics to Belts: Karate & Boxing

In our Ninja Kids classes, we don't care how fast you move; we care if your guard is tight and your stance is solid. I spend the first half of the session just fixing minor errors in posture and movement—if the foundation is weak, the punch won't have power. We repeat drills like the 'Left-block, Right-punch' combination until it becomes muscle memory, ensuring every student builds the right technique from day one.
