Pre-Event Curation
- Tasting Session: Pre-event trial of 4-6 cocktails to finalize flavor profiles.
- Menu Engineering: Curation of custom cocktail lists with creative naming and stationary design to match event themes.
Bespoke Personalization
- Custom Props: Acrylic stirrers (gold/colored) and witty tags attached with miniature wooden clothespins.
- Branding: Heat-stamped citrus peels with event logos and choice of backlit lightbox or framed menus.
Bar Operations
- Staffing: Uniformed Lead Mixologists and Flair Bartenders in formal attire (suspenders/ties) at a 1:50 ratio.
- Glassware: Premium crystal glassware (Arc Series or equivalent) including Coupes, Gin Goblets, and Old Fashioned glasses.
- Consumables: Premium syrups (Monin/Giffard), fresh fruit purees, imported tonics, and exotic garnishes (edible flowers, burnt cinnamon).
