Cricket is not learned in isolation, and that is why I have built a team that understands the game from the ground up. Whether you are correcting a backlift or learning to bluff a batter with spin, my coaches bring a mix of competitive playing experience and technical certifications to ensure every drill you do has a purpose.

Success in cricket requires consistent, high-quality feedback. I have handpicked my team to ensure that even in a group setting, every student gets the attention they need. We operate on a 1:15 coach-to-player ratio because I know that a coach who is not watching you cannot fix your flaws.

My coaching staff is built on a foundation of diverse expertise:

• Prashant Shetty (Head Coach): With my background as a former Ranji Trophy player and BCCI Level-B coach, I oversee the curriculum, blending my experience from coaching international stars with practical day-to-day drills.
• Coach Rishikesh Pawar: With 13 years of experience and MCA Level-O and MSDCA Level-1 certifications, he is an expert in nurturing young talent and building solid fundamentals from scratch.
• Coach Dhruv Satam: An Omtex Level-1 certified coach with over 5 years of experience, he brings the energy and modern tactical knowledge essential for today's T20-style game.

We do not just hand out balls and let you hit. Every member of my team is trained to execute the Kkalpavriksha methodology: focus on the mind, stress-test your technique with match-simulation drills, and keep the environment challenging. We rotate responsibilities to ensure that whether you are working on your pace run-up or your slip catching, you are learning from someone who is specialized in that craft.
