- Ninad Kadam: Our Head Coach is ECB Core Coach (Level 2) certified, bringing internationally recognized technical standards to our Dahisar ground. He focuses on the foundational biomechanics that separate good players from great ones.
- Amogh Bhatkal: A current Ranji Trophy player and Police Shield 'Man of the Tournament,' Amogh brings high-velocity, match-winning experience to your net sessions. If you want to know what it takes to score back-to-back centuries in tough conditions, he is the one to ask.
- Shreenesh Shah: A specialist in dismantling batting orders, Shreenesh brings the mindset of a strike bowler to our coaching. Having picked up 9-wicket hauls in Kanga League matches, he teaches the art of patience, variation, and wicket-taking deliveries.

Vision Cricket Academy
We started Vision Cricket Academy in Dahisar because we saw too much raw talent in Mumbai's lanes not getting a fair shot. Our coaches Ninad and Amogh have lived the journey from local maidans to the Ranji Trophy, and now we are just here to make sure you get that same chance.
