Daily Cricket Drills & Practice at Kkalpavriksha
Great cricketers aren't made in the middle of a match. They are forged right here in the nets, through hundreds of hours of focused, challenging practice.
We use a variety of training tools to keep practice challenging. This includes taped tennis balls for swing, heavy rubber balls for power, and bowling machine balls for pace and consistency.

A montage of a day at the clinic. We focus on all three aspects of the game: batting with proper head position, agile fielding, and disciplined bowling.
A day at Kkalpavriksha Cricket Clinic is all about focused work. Here you can see me instructing a player, a fielder diving to take a catch, and a batsman perfecting his drive.
The atmosphere at the clinic is always buzzing with activity. Here, I am overseeing various drills, ensuring every player is engaged and working towards their goals.
Our bowlers working on their action and delivery in the nets. We focus on building a strong, repeatable action that can generate pace and accuracy under pressure.

Wicket-keeping is a specialist skill that requires immense focus. Here, our students are practicing glovework drills to improve their reflexes and collection technique.
About Additional Work
At Kkalpavriksha, we don't do monotonous net sessions where you just hit balls. You will see us using soaked rubber balls to test your reflexes, taped tennis balls for swing, and high-speed sidearm throwdowns because practice has to be harder than the actual match to make you a better player.
Technique isn't just about looking good in the nets; it is about 'soft hands' when the pitch is tricky and 'head position' when the pressure is on. Our training sessions here in Mumbai are designed to strip away the fluff and get to the core of your game.
The 'Why' Behind Our Drills
- Adaptation: Using multi-weight balls and unpredictable bowling machine deliveries forces you to adjust your stance and timing in real-time.
- Match Simulation: We run 'one-over challenges' to build the mental toughness required in high-pressure situations.
- Specialist Focus: Wicket-keeping is a specialized craft. Our students spend hours on reflexive glovework drills because, at the end of the day, catches win matches.
Whether you are a youngster learning to bowl with a straight arm or an experienced player refining your sweep shot against spin, the goal is the same: discipline. We track your progress with performance diaries, ensuring that what you learn in our Bandra clinic carries over to your weekend matches at the maidan. If you are looking for a place where we prioritize skill correction over just 'number of balls faced', this is where you belong.

I'm Prashant Shetty. At Kkalpavriksha, we don't just 'do' practice. We deconstruct every move, whether it's your stance or your wicket-keeping reflexes, to make sure you're ready for the heat of a real match.
