We use a variety of training tools to keep practice challenging. This includes taped tennis balls for swing, heavy rubber balls for power, and bowling machine balls for pace and consistency.

About Additional Work
At Kkalpavriksha, we don't do monotonous net sessions where you just hit balls. You will see us using soaked rubber balls to test your reflexes, taped tennis balls for swing, and high-speed sidearm throwdowns because practice has to be harder than the actual match to make you a better player.
