Why Parent Coaching Matters
I always say, cricket may be played on the field, but the real game starts at home. As a parent, you're the first coach your child ever has. My parent coaching isn’t about cricket technique - it’s about helping you build your kid into someone strong and confident, no matter if they win or lose.
The 10-Year Rule
Main humesha bolta hoon, "10 saal ka patience rakhiye." (Keep patience for 10 years.) If your kid begins at 10, it usually takes a decade of hard work and support to reach top levels like Ranji Trophy or India U-19. Getting into an U-14 or U-16 team is awesome, but don’t get stuck there - the journey is long. We focus on long-term athlete development, not shortcuts.

What's most important? The vibe at home. Whether your child hits a century or gets out on zero, the home atmosphere should never change. Parent support during setbacks is everything.
