This grand reception stage in Hassan features a stunning backdrop made of thousands of white flowers. The design uses layered panels and a ceiling of hanging florals, all illuminated to create a truly luxurious and photogenic setting.
A variation of the lotus theme, this reception stage uses three large floral structures shaped like petals. The center petal forms the main backdrop for the couple's seating, creating a unique and artistic focal point for the event.
For this modern reception stage, I designed a beautiful arch made of shimmering white crystals over the main seating area. The backdrop is a simple green wall, which makes the crystal arch and the hanging floral arrangements stand out.
This reception stage features a beautiful ombre flower wall, transitioning from deep red to pink and finally to white. The design is framed by elegant pink drapes and chandeliers, creating a romantic and colorful setting for the couple.

I don't just deliver decor; I am personally there on the ground to manage the technical details. Whether it is synchronizing the cold pyro shots for your entry or ensuring the low-lying fog machine creates that perfect effect for your first dance, I stay hands-on until the moment your event begins to ensure everything goes smoothly.
When you are planning a Sangeet or Reception, the stage isn't just a place to stand—it is the focal point where you spend most of your time. My goal is to make sure that space looks great and functions perfectly.
My Approach to Stage Design
I treat every stage as an all-rounder job. It needs to look good to the naked eye, it needs to hold up under bright event lighting, and most importantly, it needs to be a clean background for your professional photos.
I work with a mix of elements to achieve this:
- Florals: I use a combination of fresh flowers for eye-level details and high-quality artificial blooms for structural arches. This keeps the look fresh and vibrant while managing costs.
- Lighting: I focus heavily on layering. Instead of one flat wash of light, I use a combination of chandeliers, fairy light curtains, and par LED uplighting to create depth.
- Special Effects: For receptions, I often incorporate effects like dry ice fog or cold pyro. These add a layer of energy, especially during your grand entrance.
Handling Locations & Logistics
I primarily operate in Hassan, but I frequently travel to Bangalore, Mysore, and Chikmagalur for events. Because I handle the logistics, you do not have to worry about the setup team or the transport. I arrive early to coordinate with the venue management, ensuring the stage construction doesn't interfere with your guest movement.
