About Core Karate Training: Drills & Techniques

Every session here is built on repetition and focus. We do not skip the basics because your stance is the foundation of your power. When you join, we start with Kihon, moving from fundamental punches and blocks to controlled Kumite sparring. My coaching is strict but supportive; you will learn the mechanics of every movement, count in Japanese, and sweat through conditioning drills designed to make you stronger every single time you step on the mat.
