Step inside my dojo where discipline meets passion. From mastering Kata to building real confidence through Kumite, join us for training that sharpens your body and mind.

Here, two of my students are performing a Kata in unison. Kata, which means "form" in Japanese, is a pre-arranged sequence of movements that builds discipline, technique, and focus.

A beautiful evening for some outdoor karate training. Here, we are practicing our warm-up movements together, getting our bodies ready for the session ahead.

"The best project you will ever work on is YOU." Two of my female students practicing their kumite stances. I am passionate about empowering girls with the confidence and skills of self-defense.

Teach your girls to punch when they need to punch. These two young karatekas are learning the basics of striking, building a foundation of strength and confidence from an early age. 🥋👊

Practice makes you perfect. Two of my senior students sparring, demonstrating a block and a kick with great control. This is what consistent training looks like.

Full stretching by karateka Zeeshan. Flexibility is key to powerful kicks and avoiding injury, and we dedicate time in every class to improve it. ✨

Training together as a group, with students of different belt levels learning from each other. The focus is on personal improvement and mutual respect.

About Inside Our Dojo: Training in Action

In my classes at the rooftop dojo in Malwani, we don't just mimic moves. We start with conditioning—stretching and core work—before moving into specific Kata patterns to build your muscle memory. It is a grounded, non-AC environment that mimics real-world conditions, because building endurance on a hard floor is how you develop the true grit needed for effective self-defense.
